No fine print. Here's exactly what happens after you order, what we guarantee, and how to reach us if something goes wrong.
Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. There's no Chronic Accessories branding on the box, no product names on the label, and nothing that reveals what's inside.
The return address shows a generic shipper name. What you ordered is between you and your mailbox.
Orders process through SmokeDrop, our fulfillment partner. Standard timeline:
Ships in 1–2 business days. Arrives in 3–7 business days for domestic orders.
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. If you don't see it within 3 days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Expedited options aren't available right now. If your order is time-sensitive, reach out before purchasing and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Not happy with your order? You have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Email us at hello@chronic-accessories.polsia.app with your order number and we'll send return instructions. No forms, no phone trees.
No restocking fees. You get the full item cost back to your original payment method once we receive the return.
Shipping the item back is on you unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.
Glass breaks in transit. It happens. When it does, we make it right — no questions asked.
If your glass arrives cracked, chipped, or broken: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement for free. You don't return the damaged item.
Every order gets a tracking number. We'll email it to you the moment your package ships.
If tracking shows your package delivered but you didn't receive it, wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early), then contact your local post office. If it still doesn't show up, email us and we'll investigate.
